For your icebox treats to arrive the same week, we ask that you place your order by Sunday at noon PST. Your order will ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If you miss this cutoff, your order will be shipped the following week.
If you live in WA, OR, or CA, there is a $40 flat rate shipping fee. For anywhere else in the continental US, there is a flat rate $65 shipping fee.
Because we ship frozen treats, we use UPS overnight or 2nd-day air. While shopping, please remember shipping fees will be added at checkout, based on your location. All our packages will ship with dry ice to keep frozen. Your box should arrive within two days of shipment via UPS Two Day Air. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number for each package.
When your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery notification email. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Orders received after Sunday, 12:00 pm PST cutoff will ship the following week.
